Project Description

Very Unique Project this one, definitely one we won’t forget, this project consisted of a Built up flat roof, with the pitched roofs and roof terrace built over it, creating a ‘floating’ affect. The Pitched roofs and mansard areas were finished in natural Spanish slate complete with lead work.

The third and final plot over on the streatham project is now complete using Spanish slate and plenty of lead, it was a pleasure to work on this project, plenty of detail in the roofs and we was proud to be the first contractors ever to apply Tremco’s first felt roofing system on all 3 of the plots.

Asphalt Roof complete in West London, complete with prominade tiles creating a roof terrace area for tenants to use, 3x Code 7 lead dormers and a lick of solar reflective, all roof areas were stripped, boarded, insulated and boarded again before roof coverings applied.

This listed building in the city needed a new lease of life and it has been a pleasure delivering exactly that! Bringing the hand made clay tiles back to their original glory, installing new code 4 step flashings instead of cement fillets and renewing an old felt roof using Code 7 lead.

A 120m2 flat roof complete on a commercial unit in south London for a client we regularly work along side, a fully built up Bauder system installed after the original felt covering blew off in high winds, the old boards ripped up, re decked, vcl, insulation and 2 layers on top.
